2. Who is responsible for the multimedia content uploaded by the user?Recoverit is not responsible for the multimedia content uploaded by users to our platform. This is mainly due to the images that can be attached when creating new reports and the profile image of each user. However, Recoverit does have the power to review and remove such images from its server when it observes inappropriate content. Recoverit shall not share the images with third parties under any circumstances, but shall publicly display them on the platform in order to fulfil the purpose of the website. Users who upload photos to our website are solely responsible for their publication and content, serving only two purposes: To facilitate the search for your lost pet, to facilitate the owner of a lost pet, to recover it and to facilitate the adoption of a pet worldwide.
